Ta Ta For Now in case you were wondering…..I’m off on my travels for a few days and my laptop is staying at home so, although I’ll check in from time to time I won’t be posting anything new until Friday. This time I’m off to Florence and, as it’s the first time I’ve been there, I am really looking forward to it :O)

I love to travel see new places (I actually don’t enjoy the ‘getting there’ bit at all but it has to be done in the name of having new experiences!) and I’ve been lucky enough to visit quite a few in the last couple of years. I thought I’d share a few of my favourites with you and I’ll tell you about my adventures in Florence when I get back…..

Do you like to travel? If so, what’s your favourite destination? Let me know, I’d love to hear from you

      1. Oh wow. By car. I thought you would be flying. My worst nightmare! Car is not so bad. My mum once flew to Holland. She was in her suxties and had never flown before, and she was alright until she saw a cloud out of the plane window and then she realused where she was lol. It scared the shit out of her, and for the rest of the flught she kept her eyes fixed on the bald head of the man in front of ger lol. I could tell you some more funny tales of my mum’s trip to Holkand. But another time. We had to rescue her from the red light district in Amsterdam. Another time lol

      2. No it’s not too far from here. I used to hate flying too but don’t mind it now – at the beginning of this year I went to Thailand and it took 3 flights and 17 hours LOL!
Wow your mum flew for the first time in her sixties? That must have been a shock, no wonder she was scared! Look forward to hearing about the red light district rescue :O) Off to do some packing now so laters xxxx
